Your woodlouse is not on the seashore, can roll into a ball and does roll up completely leaving a gap. It is most likely to be Armadillidium nasatum - southern pill woodlouse.

Usual habitat:	Sunny spots in many sites.
Known distribution:	Locally common in southern England and Wales.
Scientific name:	Armadillidium nasatum
