Distribution and ecology
Eliurus webbi ranges from Montagne d’Ambre in the north of Madagascar to the southernmost reaches of the Anosyenne and Vohimena Mountains, including littoral forests in the extreme southeast (Musser and Carleton, 2005).
Habitat
This species is found from low- to middle-elevation rainforests of eastern Madagascar (Nowak, 1991), from sea level to 1150m (Musser and Carleton, 2005).
